- Full Trex RainEscape Waterproofing SystemWe installed a complete Trex RainEscape system with integrated eavestroughs to divert water away from the upper deck, creating a dry, usable patio space below.
- Double Outdoor Kitchen IntegrationThe homeowner installed kitchens on both levels, which required precise framing and planning to ensure clearances, waterproofing, and utility access were seamlessly incorporated.
- Custom Privacy ScreensScreens were installed on both sides of the deck to provide privacy without obstructing airflow or natural light, enhancing comfort for dining and lounging areas.
- Hot Tub Area with Framed TV WallOn the lower level, we built a dedicated hot tub space complete with a custom-framed privacy wall wired for a mounted outdoor television—turning this backyard into a true entertainment zone.
